Well there has certainly been some activity on the message boards as of late!! I think I have just waded though about 130 posts!
I thought I should pick up on a few of the points raised. Firstly yes, most of our OEM deals come with a 'gagging clause' as the client does not want their customer to know that we are doing work for them.
In terms of the dilution that is spoken about, can I urge interested parties to take a look at the Super8K filed for the reverse merge, consider the share structure declared, and what may have been converted by certain parties given that 12 months has now passed from that date? All the information is there and is disclosed.
The company was not involved in the "PR Blitz" their disclosure covers this.
As to the comments about me personally on the boards, thanks guys, appreciated :( - good job i'm thick skinned. I've been advised not to post on message boards and prefer to respond in this blog that I have control over what is written about the company and the directors.
Are we all busy at the moment - absolutely. And yes, we're all traveling a lot (Sales Team and Management) which is why we have been unable to respond to certain questions posed in a timely manor. We have more opportunities today than we ever have. If only a small fraction of these come off, we'll be a very different looking company in the near future.
That's me for now - a conference call to attend to

FATIH Tender in Turkey - 125K units
The rumor mill is buzzing at the moment about the suspected 125K unit FATIH government Interactive Whiteboard tender in Turkey. Every manufacturer is looking to get a piece of the action. However, what is clear is that the Turkish Government likes to "buy Turkish" so we're in a prime position for this one.
Timeframes and exact specification are still not clear - looking good though - watch this space

Potential partner in Oz
An interesting conference call this morning with a large IT/AV player from Australia. What is apparent is that the market is very much open to new players and the usual suspects have not really obtained a strong position.
The strategy of a few key focussed resellers pushing the product there could be interesting.

TUCN - Does the market know something we dont?
We're banging our heads together here at the Factory trying to work out what the market knows that we don't. The SP hit a $0.03 low yesterday giving the company a market cap of 75% of last year's sales - wow!
I guess it is kind of frustrating that there seems to be little shareholder confidence in the company. Q1 granted was a bit of a slowdown, but compared to other public players in the market, the numbers were down similar amounts for the period.
We delivered nothing but good news throughout 2010 and the future looks brighter than ever. We're working on some new OEM contracts in the USA, one with one of the world's largest furniture manufacturers, there is some B2B interest at retail level in the products with well known stores and we've just expanded into Puerto Rico with Dreyfous Associates. http://eduplatform.net/
In Europe we continue to work with the "big H" (see 10Q if you dont know who we mean) and we are pursuing new partners in France, Slovakia, Italy and Cyprus, just to name a few that have recently requested samples of our products.
We're confident of our future

Busy Times at TUCN
It's been a couple of weeks since the last post, but busy times at TouchIT Technologies. The Investor road-show this week in NYC was great fun. We met a series of institutions, brokers, high net worths and explained what we do and our vision for the future. Very positive feedback. Let's hope they liked the story and want to buy some stock.
The quarter results posting was a little less pleasing than normal, but the markets and the boards seemed to react ok to it. It is annoying as this is the first piece of not so great news that we have had to put out - it is always much more fun to be putting out the good news, I think we need to get back to doing that!
It was great to meet our customers up in Madison, WI this week. The USA buying season has just started to it was interesting to hear about the pipeline and the projects that they are working on.
That's all for now

TUCN - Things are starting to build nicely
It's a sunny Saturday afternoon here in London and i'm reflecting on the short week we have just had with the holidays and all (in Europe)
We have had a couple of really good days of Trading and the stock has certainly started to move. I think that the guys at Cooper Communications are starting to bring in some real buyers - always hard to tell, but the volume certainly spiked when they said it would. At $0.07 we're moving in the right direction. The message boards seem to be positive also at the moment which is good.
I'll be over in NYC shortly with CGC visiting some of their contacts - looking forward to that.
The guys in the factory are putting the finishing touches to the prep for the Q1 Audit that will take place shortly. Being public seems to mean there is always a report that needs to be written!
A couple of rumors that we have won some good business in the USA in a school district not too far away from Boston - let's hope we hear something more concrete soon.
Back to the sun, one has to enjoy it while it lasts in the UK
